How can I sent back the item(s) I want to return?
We provide two methods to return your item(s) back to us. You can pick the one you prefer when opening your ticket return request.
- Automatic Method: contact us via mail to: email@example.com to arrange the shipment and print the shipping label you will receive. You will need to pack the item(s) in their original packaging plus a rigid carton box which protects the original packaging of the product where you should stick the shipping label. The courier will collect your parcel.
- Own Method: you will take care of shipping your item(s) back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer - we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Below is our shipping address for returns:
