Return & Cancellation Policy

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s). If any item should not come up to your expectations, it can be returned without giving any reasons. Return must be processed through your account by opening a return ticket, indicating the number of your order and the product(s) you want to return. Once your return request is opened and confirmed, you have 14 days to send your item(s) back to us.

Returns are subject to certain conditions (only for brand new products), please note that:

  • Only NEW (retail price) products are eligible for returns. Products that belongs to resale are not eligible for returns.
  • PREORDERS won’t be eligible for cancellation. If you need further assistance regarding a pre-order, please send us an email to support@kanedatoys.com and we will do our best to find the best solution for your case.
  • all returned items must be complete and with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won’t be eligible for a refund and we will need to send them back to you.
  • you will need to use an outer packaging to protect the box when returning. Since it is part of the product, any damage to the  box may result in the return being refused.
  • Of course, if there is a manufacturing issue with your toy, you are eligible for return and full refund.
  • We do not accept exchange of item(s). If you realize you placed a wrong order(s), you will need to make a new order and open a return/cancellation request for the wrong order(s).
  • Original shipping costs won’t be returned.
  • Fees are not a valid reason for refusing or returning a package and will not be covered by Kaneda Toys Return & Cancellation Policy.

Kaneda Toys only accepts returns for NEW products which have been reported as described above and for which the instructions have been followed. Any other return not processed as mentioned before, won’t be eligible for a refund. After reporting and reception of the item(s) your return will be confirmed by e-mail.

Every order can be canceled without a payment of a fine and without giving any reasons, if not yet shipped within 24 hours after the placement of the order. Order cancellation must be processed through a ticket in your account, and once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received and cancelled. If your order was already paid, Kaneda Toys will reimburse the whole amount at the latest 14 days after the cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with a product(s) that you have purchased at Kaneda Toys, please contact us by raising a ticket through your account or writing us an email to: info@kanedatoys.com.

The costs for returning any item(s) will be first on behalf of the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is well-founded.

How can I sent back the item(s) I want to return?

We provide two methods to return your item(s) back to us. You can pick the one you prefer when opening your ticket return request.

  1. Automatic Method: contact us via mail to: support@kanedatoys.com to arrange the shipment and print the shipping label you will receive. You will need to pack the item(s) in their original packaging plus a rigid carton box which protects the original packaging of the product where you should stick the shipping label. The courier will collect your parcel.
  2. Own Method: you will take care of shipping your item(s) back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer - we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Below is our shipping address for returns:
