Refused Packages

We do not recommend to refuse any delivery of purchased goods under any circumstances. We have specific procedures already in place to assist all customers with the easy return & cancellation policy mentioned here (link a Return&Cancellation policy). Refusing a package will only lengthen the amount of time that will take to bring you a satisfactory resolution.

Refused packages won’t be eligible to receive a return or cancellation, it will be eligible to receive a gift card with the value of the item(s). Once the original shipment is returned to our headquarters, it will be automatically processed as a gift card of the collectible’s purchase price less the return shipping costs, non-refundable deposits and international return fees and taxes (if applicable).

What If my package arrives damaged?

If you notice any damage on your package or product(s) please accept the delivery and contact us immediately to: customer@kanedatoys.com. We may be able to assist you with a quick resolution.

What If changed my mind?

If at anytime you regret of order product(s) from our store, please see Return & Cancellation Policy to know how to act properly. If your item(s) is already confirmed and shipped, please wait until delivery is complete and then proceed with our Return Ticket System. If you are on time (at latest 24h after order placement) to cancel your order proceed through our system of cancellations.

For international customers,

Any item that is shipped internationally will result in the purchaser being assessed additional customs import fees and taxes upon delivery. Customers will be responsible to pay these fees directly to the carrier.

That’s why we strongly suggest that you also contact your local customs office to verify the duty rate prior to making any purchase. The assessment of these fees is not a valid reason for refusing or returning a package and will not be covered by Kaneda Toys Return & Cancellation Policy.

Any international delivery that is refused will still be responsible for these import fees and taxes, and they will be deducted from the refund due upon the item’s return. Any item(s) that is abandoned by the carrier and not returned to Kaneda Toys will be considered lost and no refund will be issued.
